The surgery has ramps at all entrances and an automatic opening front door for wheelchair access. There is a lower counter at reception for wheelchair users and there are disabled access toilet facilities. There is a lift to the second floor for use by patients who have difficulty with stairs. A loop system for the hearing impaired is installed at reception.
